Madera Partners Consulting is a boutique firm based 20 miles west of Boston, Massachusetts USA.
We are senior-level executive coaches and organizational consultants with extensive backgrounds in psychology, family business, management and talent management consulting.

       Our Logo's Secret Meaning

Making change and development happen is, in our experience, always a more interactive experience than it initially seems.

One way to illustrate this is in our logo, which has a secret message, hidden in plain sight, in the green space of the arrow/tree.
(If you squint you can see that the green space depicts arrows facing in and downwards, right next to the up and outwards white arrows.)

What does this all mean? 

We see human development as a complex activity, a back and forth of outward expressions and taking in information.
When it’s going well, this creates a feedback loop of action, reflection, and commitment – and around again to action.
And it's one way we strive to help you make wiser and more emotionally intelligent decisions.
